Client Policy

● 15-Minute Grace Period: We understand that traffic and life happens. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
• Arrival within 15 mins: We will proceed with your service,
though we may need to shorten certain aspects (like a beard trim or detailed styling) to stay on schedule for the next client.
•Arrival after 15 mins: Your appointment will be considered a "Late Cancel." We may need to reschedule you to avoid overlapping with the next client, and a late fee may apply.
● Cancellation & Rescheduling: To respect our time, we require at least 2 hours' notice for any
cancellations or changes to your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may be
charged 50% of the service fee.
● No-Call, No-Show Policy: Communication is key. If you miss your appointment without any prior notice:
• We will CHARGE 100% of the service fee.
